Event Terms & Participation
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event or event series, you agree to the following:
Games Start Promptly
All scheduled games and activities will begin on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated. No refunds will be issued for missed participation.
Device Responsibility
Participation in certain activities requires a personal device. You are responsible for bringing a fully charged, compatible device.
Artwork & Gallery Respect
All artwork and installations within each venue are to be treated with care and respect. Touching artwork is not permitted unless explicitly stated. Any damage caused to artwork, fixtures, or the spaces by a guest may result in financial responsibility for repair or replacement.
Liability Waiver
By attending an event or event series, you assume all risks associated with participation. The venues, their owners, and event organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the events.
Venue Compliance
You agree to follow all rules, policies, and guidelines set by each venue.
Photography & Recording
Our events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you give The Beacon permission to use your likeness in promotional, editorial, and archival materials.
Communications
By providing your contact information you consent to receive event-related and promotional emails, text messages, and voice messages from The Beacon. You can opt out at any time.
Privacy
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties.

Event details, rules, and terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
